1:1 POTS support

10 founding spots — 6 weeks for $149

You were diagnosed with POTS. Now what?

Google can tell you what compression socks are. It can’t tell you how to rebuild your life around a body that suddenly has different limits. That’s the part I can help with — not in one call, but across six weeks, while you actually try it.

  • Six weeks, one on one
  • Kickoff call + three check-ins
  • Email support in between
  • Founding rate $149

Why I’m offering this

I got my POTS diagnosis and then went home to a normal Tuesday, with a job, a life, and absolutely no idea how to do either of them anymore.

The appointment gave me a name for it. What I actually needed was someone to sit down with me and talk about the rest — how to get through a work day, when to rest, how to explain this to people who love me, how to stop treating every hard day like proof I was failing.

Nobody did that for me. I figured it out slowly, expensively, and mostly by getting it wrong first. This is me doing that part for someone else.

And I didn’t need one good conversation. I needed someone still there in week three, when the plan I was so sure about had fallen apart.

Why it’s six weeks, not one call

The plan never survives its first real week.

“Anyone can leave a good conversation feeling motivated. The hard part starts on the Tuesday you have to actually do it with the body you have.”

One session can give you a plan. It can’t tell you whether the plan works for your job, your sleep, your family, or your particular flavor of bad days — because none of that has happened yet. So we stay together while it does.

  • Pacing takes weeks to learnYou can’t test an energy plan in an hour. You need a few real weeks, then someone to help you read what happened.
  • The first version is always wrongMine was. Every check-in is where we adjust it instead of you deciding you failed at it.
  • Bad weeks stop being a dead endWhen a flare wrecks your plan, that becomes information we use — not a reason to quit and start over in six months.
  • You stop starting from scratchBy week two I already know your baseline, your job, and your history. You never have to re-explain yourself.

Let’s be really clear

What this is, and what it isn’t.

What it is

Lived-experience support.

  • Six weeks with someone who has lived with POTS, MCAS, hypermobility, and fibromyalgia for years.
  • A long first call about your actual days — work, school, energy, pacing, relationships, appointments — then check-ins every two weeks to adjust as real life happens.
  • Practical things I’ve tried, what helped, and what was a waste of my money.
  • Help turning “I feel awful and I don’t know where to start” into a short list of next steps that fit your life, then rewriting that list when it doesn’t survive contact with a bad week.
  • Email support between calls, so you’re not sitting on a question for twelve days.
  • A place to talk about this without explaining from scratch or being told you look fine.

What it isn’t

Medical treatment.

  • I’m not a doctor, nurse, dietitian, or therapist, and this is not medical care or therapy.
  • No diagnosing, no interpreting your test results, no telling you what to take or how much salt to eat.
  • No telling you to stop or start a medication your care team put you on — not in week one, and not in week six when we know each other well.
  • Not a replacement for a cardiologist, a specialist, or mental health support.
  • Not on-call access. I’m one person with the same illness, so email gets answered within two business days, not instantly.
  • Not a promise that you’ll feel better. I can’t promise that, and I won’t.

The plain version: this is peer support between two people living with chronic illness. I’ll share what my experience has been and help you think it through. Anything medical goes to your care team — and I’ll say so out loud if we get near that line, however far into the six weeks we are.

Who it’s for

This is probably for you if…

You don’t need to be in crisis, and you don’t need to have your questions organized. Most people sign up because they’re tired of guessing, and because they don’t want to figure out the next six weeks alone.

Yes, this is for you

  • You were recently diagnosed and the “now what” part is completely blank.
  • You’ve had POTS for a while and you’re still rebuilding your life by trial and error.
  • You’re trying to work, study, or parent through this and something has to change.
  • You’ve read everything and know what you should be doing — you just can’t make it hold for more than a week.
  • You’re doing everything you were told to do and still feel like you’re behind.
  • You’re waiting months for a specialist and you need something to do in the meantime.

Probably not right now

  • You need a diagnosis, a medication change, or anything else that has to come from a clinician.
  • You’re looking for a cure, a protocol, or a guarantee.
  • You’re in a medical or mental health emergency — please contact your care team or local emergency services.
  • You need daily or same-day access. I can’t promise that and stay honest about my own health.
  • You want someone to hand you a plan you don’t have to think about. The check-ins only work if you show up to them.

Bring anything

What people work on.

EnergyPacing without giving up everything

How to spend energy on purpose instead of crashing and paying for it all week.

Work + schoolGetting through the day

Schedules, breaks, working from home, what to say to a manager or professor, and how much to share.

Daily lifeGroceries, showers, laundry, dinner

The unglamorous logistics that fall apart first and nobody talks about.

MovementMoving again without wrecking yourself

What starting over actually looked like for me, including the parts that went badly.

PeopleExplaining this to people

Partners, parents, friends, coworkers — the conversations that keep going sideways.

AppointmentsWalking in prepared

How I track symptoms, what I bring, and how I stopped forgetting everything the second I sit down.

We pick one or two of these to actually work on — not all six. Six weeks is enough time to change something real if we don’t try to change everything. You can also bring one thing you can’t stop thinking about; plenty of first calls are mostly one question that’s been sitting on someone’s chest for months.

How the six weeks go

One long call, then we stay in it.

Four calls, one written plan, and email in between. If you get symptomatic and need to move a call, you move it — no fee, no explanation required. Your six weeks pause instead of expiring.

Before / week zero

You fill out a short form

Name, email, what you’re struggling with most right now, and what would make six weeks feel like progress. That’s it — no medical history, no medication list, no test results. Within two days I’ll email you back with times for your kickoff call and a payment link.

Week one

The kickoff call — 60 minutes

The long one. We go through what your life actually looks like right now, then spend most of the hour on the one or two things making everything harder. I’ll tell you what I tried, what worked, what didn’t, and what I’d skip if I were starting over. The last ten minutes turn it into something you can actually do this week.

Camera optional. Lying down is fine. We can pause, slow down, or stop whenever you need to.

Days after

Your Life-with-POTS Game Plan

A written, personalized plan: what we decided to focus on, the specific next steps in order, what to stop doing for now, questions worth bringing to your next appointment, and the resources I mentioned. It’s yours to keep and hand to anyone who needs to understand what you’re doing.

Weeks two, four, six

Three check-in calls — 30 minutes each

This is the part a single session can’t do. Every two weeks we look at what actually happened:

  • What held up, what fell apart, and what you quietly stopped doing.
  • Whether a bad stretch was a flare, too much too soon, or something worth asking your doctor about.
  • One adjustment for the next two weeks — never a whole new plan.
  • Whatever new thing life threw at you since we last talked.

Between calls you can email me. I answer as myself, usually within two business days, so you’re not sitting on a question for twelve days.

End of week six

A revised plan that reflects reality

Your Game Plan gets rewritten with six weeks of evidence in it — what your body actually did, not what we guessed in week one. You keep it. Most people tell me this version is the one they still use months later.

Then you decide whether you’re done, whether you want another six weeks, or whether you’d rather drop to a monthly check-in. No pressure either way, and no auto-renew.

Founding spots

$149 for six weeks

I’m opening ten founding spots. Founding rate is priced low on purpose — you’re getting the first version of this, and in exchange I’d love your honest feedback about what was useful and what wasn’t. After the first ten, it’s $299.

You can split it into two payments of $75 if that’s easier. Payment happens by link after we pick your kickoff time, so nothing is charged when you fill out the form.

Four calls booked one at a time would be $196 — and wouldn’t include the written plan, the revision, or the email support. If cost is the only thing standing between you and this, say so on the form. I keep a couple of spots at a reduced rate and I won’t make it weird.

Claim a founding spot
  • A 60-minute 1:1 kickoff call
  • Three 30-minute check-in calls
  • Your written Life-with-POTS Game Plan
  • A full rewrite of that plan at week six
  • Email support between calls
  • Free rescheduling, including day-of flare days
  • Pause your weeks if life happens — they don’t expire

Not ready for six weeks? A single 60-minute call plus your written Game Plan is $49, and it still works on its own. If you decide within a week that you want the whole six, I’ll credit what you already paid toward it. Pick either one on the form below — or tell me you’re not sure and I’ll help you decide before you pay anything.

If you want to keep going

Monthly check-ins, after your six weeks.

Some people finish week six with what they needed and go live their life. Others want someone who still knows their history checking in while things keep changing — a new job, a new specialist, a bad season.

So after your six weeks, you can stay for one 30-minute call a month plus email between. It’s only open to people I’ve already worked with, because it only works if I already know your baseline. Cancel or pause any month, and I keep a small number of these on purpose so the people in them actually get me at my best.

$39 per month

Graduates only / cancel anytime

  • One 30-minute call each month
  • Email support between calls
  • Your Game Plan kept up to date
  • Pause any month you need to, no penalty
  • No auto-enroll — you have to ask for it

Questions

Before you sign up.

Is this medical advice?

No. I’m not a medical professional and nothing in these six weeks is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I share my own experience living with POTS and help you think through the day-to-day. Anything clinical belongs with your care team, and I’ll tell you when something is out of my lane — including in week five, when we know each other well enough that it might feel like I could answer it.

Why six weeks instead of one call?

Because one call can only give you a plan, and the plan is the easy part. What actually helps is having someone there when it collides with a work week, a flare, or a family thing — to help you tell the difference between “this isn’t working” and “this is working and today was just hard.” That takes a few weeks and a few conversations. If you genuinely only want one conversation, that option still exists for $49.

What if I flare and lose two of my six weeks?

Then we pause. Your weeks don’t expire and you don’t lose calls you couldn’t use. Tell me you need to stop for a bit and we pick it back up when you’re able — a week later or a month later. I built it this way because I need it built this way too.

Do I have to use all the check-ins?

No. Some people skip one because things are going fine, and that’s a good sign, not wasted money. If you finish early and don’t need the last call, we can put it on the shelf for whenever something comes up.

Do I need an official diagnosis?

No. Some people start this while they’re still waiting on testing or a specialist. If you’re living with these symptoms, you’re welcome here.

What if I’m symptomatic on the day of a call?

Then we work with it. Camera off, lying down, sitting on the floor — genuinely fine. If you need to move a call, even an hour before, just tell me. No fee and no explanation needed. I’ve been on that side of it too.

What if I don’t know what to ask?

Most people don’t, and that’s what the two questions on the form are for. “Everything is hard and I don’t know where to start” is a completely normal answer, and a good starting point.

How do I pay, and what if I need to stop partway?

You don’t pay to fill out the form. After you submit, I’ll email you to schedule your kickoff call and send a payment link — the full $149, or two payments of $75. If you need to stop entirely partway through, tell me and I’ll refund the calls we haven’t used. Paying online during booking is coming later; for now I’d rather keep it simple and personal.

Is this therapy?

No, and I want to be careful here. Grief, anxiety, and anger are a normal part of getting sick, and they’ll come up — I’m not going to pretend they don’t exist. But I’m a peer, not a therapist. If what you need is mental health care, I’ll say so, and I’d rather help you find it than be a substitute for it.

What happens after the six weeks?

You keep your revised Game Plan and you’re done, unless you want more. You can do another six weeks, or drop to a $39 monthly check-in. There’s no auto-renew and I won’t chase you — you’d have to ask me.

What happens to what I share?

Your form goes to me and only me. I don’t sell it, share it, or add you to anything without asking. Signing up doesn’t sign you up for my newsletter. If you’d like your information deleted when we finish, just ask me and I’ll take care of it.

What if it’s not the right fit?

If I read your form and think you need something I can’t give you, I’ll tell you that honestly before you pay anything, and I’ll point you somewhere more useful if I can.
